Refund & Return
Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
General Merchandise: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days with receipt and original packaging.
Food Items: Complete and balanced dry, frozen, and freeze-dried dog or cat foods may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging including the UPC, with a receipt or recorded purchase history.
Clothing: Must be returned or exchanged within 7 days, unworn and with tags attached.
Sale/Clearance Items: All sales are final; no returns accepted.
After 14 Days: Returns received after 14 days may receive in-store credit at the manager’s discretion, except for food, which is not eligible for return or credit after 14 days.

Four Muddy Paws – Shipping and Delivery Policy

Four Muddy Paws does not currently offer shipping services. At this time we provide local delivery and in-store pickup only.
Local Delivery
A flat $5 delivery charge applies to all local deliveries. Delivery is available only to the ZIP codes listed below. Orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery depending on inventory. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
For frozen or raw food deliveries, please ensure someone is home to receive the order or provide a weather-proof insulated container. Four Muddy Paws is not responsible for spoilage if an order is left unattended.
